1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or staying at Pelithea Family Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your entire stay and any services provided.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Confirmation of your booking is required before your arrival.

• Reservations are considered binding upon confirmation.
• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Payment and Security

Payment for your stay is due upon booking. We utilize secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

4. Accommodation Use

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of their apartment. Damages caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
• Pets are not permitted.

5. Liability

Pelithea Family Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
